The problem

A spreadsheet can't tell you how it went.

You write a good week. It goes out as a sheet, a PDF, a message. Then nothing comes back until you ask — and what comes back is "yeah, felt alright". Ascent closes that loop.

Invite your athletes

They get a code, install the app, and land on the week you wrote. Free for them, always.

Write the week

Start from one of your own plans or build it session by session. Set the targets once; they carry to every athlete you assign it to.

Read what came back

Open the roster. The athletes who need something are at the top, with the reason. Adjust next week around what actually happened.
